2996c783d8 Revert #1091 Remove unboxed object code phase 1 + extras. 
This should be the last code backout for this. merging this branch
should get us back to the way we were (+ additional code changes for
later changes) as fasr as the unused unboxed code is concerned.

2b5f3e87c8 Issue #1142 - Remove uneeded assertion (#1145) 
Since unboxed objects were removed, isUnboxed is undefined. This causes a build failure when debuging is enabled. This patch fixes the issue by removing the uneeeded assertion.

aae7584fdd Call a more generic function when inlining array natives. 
This simplifies the code a bit because
ElementAccessHasExtraIndexedProperty checks for length-overflow
(directly) and sparse-indexes (through TypeCanHaveExtraIndexedProperties)
so the callers don't have to do that anymore.
