Andy 52d7e4f3db PR #2514 - Don't split up happy emoji sequences 
Loosely based on https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D25101
Includes changes to `GetEmojiPresentation`, added in e38b57ca.
The `EmojiComponent` response includes hair color, skin tone, ZWJ, VS16, Combining Enclosing Keycap, and the Tag unicode characters used for subdivision flag emojis.
This means that `IsClusterExtender` should support all these characters, and be forward compatible with any future Unicode changes.
This also lets us restructure `ClusterIterator::Next` to check for EmojiComponents after a TextDefault character, without any stupid constants.

Unified XUL Platform (UXP)

This repository holds the code for a unified application platform for XUL-based applications. It is a hard fork from the Mozilla code repository (mozilla-central) with an ESR-52 fork point.

In addition to further development based on the Mozilla upstream code, and selective cherry-picking of directly-applicable patches, this repository has its own development and holds the base for a maintained platform to be used by XUL applications.

Additional documentation

Additional documentation relevant to this source code can be found in the /docs directory. This will contain relevant documentation regarding contributing, using and distributing this code and its binaries.
