b8890277ba [gfx] Use gzip stream total_out for SVG document parsing. 
With this change, the assert is no longer necessary, because the stream
tells us how many elements to process.

1cef1ae767 No issue - Fix cairo warnings 
This fixes warning spew because warnings are thrown in case of mixed use
of cairo_status_t and cairo_int_status_t, which is a hack in cairo
because C99 doesn't support real enums (it's mapped to uint8 internally).
The "register" storage type is no longer a thing in C++17, which would
also warn; just letting the compiler decide is best, so just removing
the keyword is the proper solution in cairoint.h

6e19656e11 [gfx] Clarify comments. 
There may be other situations where putting a font entry in the cache
table may fail that are perfectly valid.

c7e103b06e No issue - Clarify Azure Back-end info. 
Only mention OpenGL accelerated canvas flag when it's relevant, and rename
the entry to be more descriptive, to prevent confusion for users looking
at Troubleshooting Information.

a036cfeb69 Issue #2714 - Implement the Visual Viewport API 
This DOM/Web API is entirely irrelevant for desktop use.
We give back the width/height of the root scrollframe of content and
for scale we pass forward our dpp resolution (usually 1.0).
Since we have no "no touch" zones in our content on desktop,. the rest
(origin and offset) is hard-coded to (0,0).

91a026ea65 No issue - Set device contrast to an acceptable value if OOB. 
On Mac and Win+DW, enhanced device contrast can possibly not be set.
This throws Skia for a loop by passing in an OOB scalar to its init.
Work around this by setting an accepted average value that helps
prevent font wash-out while not causing fringing.

ce535a850f No Issue - MacOS fixes and updates. stroucki reported on the forum a libary not loading. This corrects the path. a023a81fef Fix loading libGL on NetBSD 
The unversioned libGL is preferred on OpenBSD and NetBSD because
both (a) always install it (b) have forks of X11 with different
ABI versions.  However, many Linux distributions do not ship
unversioned .so symlinks unless you install -dev packages.

Unfortunately also needs to be fixed in ANGLE which has the same
problem.

8a2bc8ef4d Issue #1925 - Convert NS_FULL_TO_HALF_CORNER to a constexpr function. 
Note: Because the new function checks types, we need to change the
fullCorner type in `nsComputedDOMStyle::GetEllipseRadii()` and
`StyleAnimationValue::ExtractComputedValue()` to `Corner` instead of the
underlying base type.

0a7f42b452 Issue #1925 - Rewrite NS_FOR_CSS_CORNERS to be similar to *_SIDES 
- Renames it to NS_CSS_FULL_CORNERS and uses the one macro for all full
  corners. In preparation for giving half corners the same treatment.
- Swaps to prefix operator++

3a153f32e3 Issue #1925 - Change Side's operator++ from postfix to prefix. 
The postfix operator++ was actually incorrectly implemented (the
implementation is a prefix version). Since it's only used in the adjacent
macro, there's no risk with this change to correct that.
