b324b34441 Issue #1829 - Fix psutil python extension on MacOS and potentially FreeBSD 
Compilation failed due to missing sys/ioctl.h header on MacOS and FreeBSD. Call to function ioctl() with no prototype.  This was non-fatal due to the psutil component being optional.

494a4caae0 [Basilisk] Prevent form popups from crossing the "line of death". 
Without this, doorhangers could potentially be spoofed to overlap legitimate
permission popups like geolocation or plugin permissions.
Another reason doorhangers are evil!

8a2431fffb [Pale-Moon] [win system] Update the list of delayed-loaded dlls 
Primarily for those who custom-install and somehow mess up directory permissions
exposing themselves to dll injection attacks.

Also removes esent since we no longer import anything from it.
