55a34232b9 [Pale-Moon] Fix linkage between HWA layers and Direct2D. 
It's already inverted in the XUL.
Improved the element name to prevent this kind of problem in the future.

f169a6f4bc [Pale-Moon] Issue #1721 - Add pref to control smart bookmarks size. 
This adds `browser.places.smartBookmarks.max` as a hidden pref to
control the maximum number of results returned by application-generated
smart bookmarks.

Resolves #1721

399efcb8c5 [Pale-Moon] Change sessionstore cache behavior to soft refresh 
It can be assumed that people who launch the browser will do so with
network access, restoring tabs to live locations rather than
previously-visited static pages.
Defaulting this to soft refresh will prevent unnecessarily stale pages
from being displayed when restoring tabs, with minimal bandwidth used.
Note, this does not affect browser restart sessionstore behavior, which
will always re-display previously cached pages "as if nothing happened",
which is what we want.
