Revert "Add Yandex (ru) search plugin"
...
Since Yandex is greedy and only accepts a partnership if they are the
browser default. They don't deserve the traffic.

- This modifies `loadOneTab` and `addTab` to accept an opener
- This code was adapted from Basilisk's copy of tabbrowser.xml without the refactored code changes (which is a lot more involved as it divides addTab's functions into multiple functions)

Add SSUAO for polyfill.io
...
Financial Times' polyfill.io service horribly breaks when it finds
anything but a short list of predefined UA strings. We have to send
them a strict Firefox UA or other sites relying on it will break too
(including PayPal!).
An issue has been raised on their repo.
