97c44cca9f Revert "Add Yandex (ru) search plugin" 
Since Yandex is greedy and only accepts a partnership if they are the
browser default. They don't deserve the traffic.

 		Redirect support URLs away from palemoon.org 
Specifically for unofficial (New Moon) builds, we need to change a prefs app.support.baseURL and browser.slowstartup.help.url not to point to palemoon.org.

Really we should have separate versions of this file for official and unofficial builds, but since this repo will only be used for unofficial builds, this will do.

 		Remove palemoon.org from New Moon branding 
Two changes: First, blank out the pref that causes a palemoon.org page to open after updating the New Moon browser. Second, point release notes to the author's blog (as with Serpent) vs. the Pale Moon release notes.

70c0d40d9b Issue #1104 - Set the browser's opener when adding a new tab 
- This modifies `loadOneTab` and `addTab` to accept an opener
- This code was adapted from Basilisk's copy of tabbrowser.xml without the refactored code changes (which is a lot more involved as it divides addTab's functions into multiple functions)
