73cdb3106e Issue #1138 - Part 4: fix JSON Viewer save functionality 
Saving JSON from the viewer was broken, because the message passed to
the `saveToFile` function contained unneeded data. This bug was
introduced by 23e68227a2e3f3946fa4fd5589f338e6b36a6e56.

41efc528d5 Fix order of OwnProperty check for rest parameters. 
This was a small mistake when converting from the `hasOwn()` function format (swapped parameters). Fixing this properly makes rest parameters exclude the parameters that are defined (which is the whole point of `...rest`
