7a68504b3a Use tried-and-proven backends for content rendering and reserve the use of Skia for canvas only. 
This should prevent anemic, poorly-spaced and/or cut glyphs in content text.

7754d12175 Use natural border width rounding. 
Round subpixel border widths to nearest integer instead of nearest-below integer.
Split caret widths off from border widths and continue to use rounding to nearest-below integer for that.

Bump Goanna version for visual rendering change.

522a346ef8 Strengthen the use of the Master Password. 
- Use 30k iterations instead of 1.
- Enforce minimum password length of 8 characters.
- Adjust strength meter accordingly.

This resolves #82.
