Bug 1584473 - Fix several issues

* Fix undefined HRESULT codes in class CMapiApi in MapiApi.cpp.
* Fix doubled up sub-expressions in MIME and MAPI.
* Remove broken/unused morkRowCellCursor::MakeCell()
