[libwebp] Fix next is invalid pointer when WebPSafeMalloc fails

When WebPSafeMalloc fails on VP8LHuffmanTablesAllocate,
next is not initialized to NULL.
VP8LHuffmanTablesDeallocate uses next to know the following nodes.
A patch fixes this issue.
