Wayland has introduced a new protocol for allowing windows to restore from their previous states upon a reboot (xx-session-management-v1).

Because of how it works, the best way to implement this is to introduce two new functions:

• MwSaveFrame(MwWidget widget, const char * key) for saving the window's current position/size to a platform dependent place using the following key, where it can be stored later.
• MwRestoreFrame(MwWidget widget, const char * key) for restoring said position
