247e0b361c introduce MwLLEndDraw, which can be stubbed safely on any platforms and exists purely for wayland to be able to swap buffers at a better time

43b0b86a0f changed my mind, removing wl_shell stuff makes the resulting library smaller and i don't actually feel like supporting a feature that's been obsolete since 2013
