- Added fire item: spreads to tarinai, ants, and grass; burning causes continuous damage and panic movement.
- Added flame_firecracker: scatters fire when the fuse ends without blast damage/explosion.
- Burning tarinai behavior text and fire-sighting panic text are forced through observation data.
- Fire can be extinguished by water droplets or random extinguish checks; rain and <=10C increase extinguish chance.
- Fixed duplicator stored-water preview color by rendering droplet sprites instead of fallback orange food shape.
- Version bumped to 39.15.98.
